Occupational Health Advisor - Hybrid
Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Derby (Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits (DOE)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday (8am–4pm)

The Role
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will join a close-knit, multidisciplinary team on a client site in Derby. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds: meaningful face-to-face interactions and the flexibility of remote working.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting management referrals and delivering health surveillance
Providing proactive, preventative health advice
Supporting emergency first aid and triage on site
Collaborating with Occupational Health Physicians, Physiotherapists, Occupational Health Technicians and Occupational Health Administrators
What we are looking for:
NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
Ideally holding an Occupational Health qualification (desirable, not essential)
Confident working independently and within a team environment
Able to travel to the Derby site as part of the hybrid working model
